Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with any original tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that all returns must be requested and approved before they are sent back. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate return address. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please report any damage or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging whenever possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for returns, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, personal care items, and products that have been used or opened where applicable.

We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to reach out to us before submitting a request.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, simply request a return for your original order (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification. Your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
